Ciara and Johnny's wedding at Monte do Serrinho was one of those days that builds slowly and then all at once. The morning was quiet, getting ready, small details, the kind of calm before everything begins. By the time the ceremony started under the open Algarve sky, surrounded by white arches and gardens that seemed to go on forever, it was clear this was going to be a full day in every sense.
The bridesmaids, the champagne tower, the dancing that started before dark and didn't stop, it all made for photographs that shift between stillness and pure energy.
Monte do Serrinho sits in the Algarve countryside, one of those venues that photographs differently depending on the hour. The white arches catch the midday light hard and clean. By late afternoon the garden softens. I stayed through both, and the difference shows in the edit.
